- Provide a video of the unboxing showing the item being removed from the original packaging without any cuts or edits. This video is mandatory to validate the claim.
- Once your claim is verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item does not meet our policy criteria.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-exchangeable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
